Technology for schools and colleges, planned around the academic year.
From the admissions office to the computer lab, we help schools, colleges, universities and coaching institutes run on systems that work together: ERP and fees, Wi-Fi and security, AI for admissions, your website, and training for staff. Every change is scheduled around your session, holidays and exams.

Signs your institution has outgrown its systems.
If two or more of these sound familiar, your institution is working around its technology instead of with it.
- Fees, attendance and marks sit in different software, and the numbers never quite agree.
- Where we’d start: ERP review and roadmap
- Parents and students ask the office questions your prospectus already answers.
- Where we’d start: Admission enquiry assistant
- The Wi-Fi struggles when a full classroom or exam hall logs in at once.
- Where we’d start: Network and Wi-Fi upgrade
- People searching nearby find other institutions before yours.
- Where we’d start: Website and admissions growth
- Smart classrooms and labs go unused because staff were never trained.
- Where we’d start: Staff and faculty training
Built around your kind of institution.
The systems are much the same everywhere, but the pressures are not. Choose yours to see where we usually begin.

Where institutions usually start.
Most institutions begin with whatever is costing them most this year. These are the three starting points we see most often.
Before admissions open
Get found, and answer every enquiry
A faster website, accurate Google listings and an AI assistant that answers parents and students on WhatsApp and your website, day and night.
During the holidays
Fix the campus foundations
Wi-Fi that holds up in a full classroom, a refreshed computer lab, cameras that work and backups you have tested.
During the session
Bring the office onto one system
Fees, attendance and reports in one ERP, set up around how your office works, with staff trained before it goes live.
Questions institutions ask before we start.
Do you work with schools on every board, and with colleges and universities?
Yes. We work with CBSE, ICSE and state board schools as well as colleges, universities and coaching institutes. The systems they depend on are much the same, and we plan every change around your own calendar.
Can you work with the software we already use?
Usually, yes. We start by reviewing your ERP, website and other systems. Many can be set up better or connected before anything is replaced, and we only recommend a change when it clearly pays off.
How do you avoid disrupting classes and exams?
Heavy work such as network upgrades is scheduled for holidays and weekends, and exam weeks stay free of changes. New systems go live at a quiet point in the term, after staff have been trained.
Can you help us get more admission enquiries?
Yes. We improve your website and Google listings, run campaigns timed to your admissions season, and set up an AI assistant that answers parents and students straight away, with every enquiry traced to where it came from.
How do you keep student data safe?
We begin by reviewing who can access which records, then put practical protections in place: access rights, strong passwords, tested backups, clear policies and staff training. We can also help you prepare for India’s data protection law, working alongside your legal adviser.
Do you work with groups that run several campuses?
Yes. For groups and trusts we set common standards across campuses, bring reporting together in one place and reduce the number of vendors, one campus at a time.
Is this only for large institutions?
No. Many institutions start with a single project, such as the Wi-Fi or the website, and add more when they are ready. We size the plan to your institution and your budget.
