Education isn’t a sector we added. It’s where we came from.
Vexalora is a technology and transformation company for schools, colleges, universities and coaching institutes across India. We plan the change, build the systems, train the people who use them, and keep everything running long after launch day.

15+ years designing and running technology across education and business
Experience earned in classrooms, offices and server rooms.
Vexalora was founded by Sushant K Maurya, a technology and digital transformation leader.
I’ve spent 15+ years designing, implementing and managing technology across education and business: IT strategy, enterprise applications and ERP, AI and automation, cybersecurity and network infrastructure, along with the teams that keep it all reliable and secure.
My approach is simple. Understand the challenge, design the right solution, implement intelligently, secure it, measure the impact and keep improving.
I’m particularly interested in practical AI: intelligent workflows and applications that solve real operational problems. I also support programs that help students explore robotics, AI, coding and drones.

Our philosophy
The most valuable technology isn’t the most complex. It’s the one that solves the right problem and creates measurable value.
In a school or college, that usually means a teacher, a parent or the accounts office finding their day simpler. It is the test we apply to every recommendation we make.
Our mission
To help schools, colleges, universities and coaching institutes use technology, AI and new ideas to run better, change with confidence and grow sustainably.
Our vision
To be the first call an institution makes about technology, and the partner it is still working with years later.
We work with every kind of institution that runs on a timetable.
Each one runs differently, so we start from how yours runs: the academic calendar, the fee cycle, the admissions season and the people who keep it all moving.
Schools
K-12 schools modernising administration, campus IT and parent communication without disrupting the academic year.
Common starting points
- Campus network & Wi-Fi
- School ERP selection
- Admission enquiry automation
- Cyber safety & IT policy
Colleges & universities
Departments, labs and systems that grew up separately, brought into one governed, secure and measurable environment.
Common starting points
- Smart campus strategy
- LMS & ERP consulting
- Innovation & AI labs
- NAAC / audit-ready IT governance
Coaching & training institutes
Multi-batch, multi-branch operations that depend on admissions, scheduling and how quickly someone answers a parent’s enquiry.
Common starting points
- Batch & timetable management
- Admission enquiry assistants
- Branch IT standardisation
- Performance marketing
Educational groups & trusts
Several campuses under one management, where the real work is consistency, visibility and fewer vendors across sites.
Common starting points
- Multi-campus IT standards
- Central reporting
- Vendor consolidation
- Group-wide security posture
What we hold ourselves to on every project.
Five values, each written as something you can check us against.
Innovation
We bring in something new only when it solves a problem you already have.
Integrity
We recommend what your institution needs, even when that is smaller than what we could sell.
Intelligence
We use data and AI where they save someone real time, and we say so when they won’t.
Impact
We judge our work by what changed for students, staff and parents after it went live.
Partnership
We stay after handover, through the next admissions season and the one after that.
