AI and automation for schools and colleges, built on your own records.
Move beyond AI experimentation. We find where AI genuinely saves your staff time, then build it on your own circulars, records and workflows, not on a generic model that invents fee structures.
- Answers from
- Your own prospectus, circulars and records
- Replies in
- English, Hindi and your parents’ languages
- Hands over
- To a named person on your staff when needed
Signs your office is ready for automation.
If two or more of these sound familiar, there is routine work that AI could take off your staff.
- The same admission questions are answered by phone dozens of times a day.
- Where we’d start: AI voice agents
- Parents wait until morning for answers your prospectus already contains.
- Where we’d start: Admission enquiry assistants
- IT and facility requests arrive on WhatsApp and get lost between people.
- Where we’d start: IT and facility ticket routing
- Staff ask the office the same policy questions every week.
- Where we’d start: Policy and circular assistants
- Attendance and monthly reports are still put together by hand.
- Where we’d start: Attendance and reporting automation
Where AI earns its place in an institution.
Start with the task that costs your staff the most time. Add the rest when it proves itself.
Admission enquiry assistants
Answered instantly, in the parent’s language, from your own prospectus and fee structure.
AI voice agents
Your admissions line answered day and night, with a handover to a person whenever it should.
IT and facility ticket routing
Requests routed, prioritised and escalated without a coordinator retyping the same request.
Policy and circular assistants
Staff get the answer from the actual circular, with the document cited.
Attendance and reporting automation
Routine consolidation and report generation taken off administrative staff.
AI agents
Multi-step work done end to end: an enquiry logged in your ERP, a counselling slot booked, the parent confirmed.
AI strategy and consulting
Where AI will save time in your institution, what it will cost, and what to leave alone.
Custom AI integration
AI connected to the ERP, LMS, website, WhatsApp and email you already use.
What it looks like on a normal school day.
Four jobs an assistant can take on, from a parent’s first question to the principal’s morning summary.

Questions about AI and automation.
Is it safe to use AI with student data?
It can be, when it is set up properly. We agree with you which records each assistant may use, limit its access to exactly that, and keep a log of what it does. Decisions that affect a student stay with your staff.
Will the AI make things up?
We build assistants to answer only from documents you have approved, and to say so or hand over to a person when the answer is not there. Every assistant is tested on real questions during the pilot before it goes live.
Can it talk to parents in Hindi or a regional language?
Yes. Assistants can be set up to reply in English, Hindi and the other languages your parents use, including a mix of both, and each language is tested during the pilot.
Do we need to change our ERP or website?
No. We connect AI to the systems you already use, such as your ERP, website, WhatsApp number and phone line. If a system cannot be connected, we tell you before any work starts.
What happens when the AI cannot answer?
It hands the conversation to a named person on your staff, with the full history, so the parent does not have to repeat themselves.
