Training for teachers, staff and students, so new technology actually gets used.

Technology only changes an institution when people use it with confidence. We run hands-on programs for faculty, office staff, leaders and students, from AI in the classroom and new ERP modules to coding, robotics and cyber safety, and we set up the labs that keep the learning going.

Signs your institution needs training, not more technology.

If two or more of these sound familiar, the next purchase won’t help. Training will.

Programs for everyone who uses your technology.

Choose a single workshop or a program across the year. Every session is hands-on and built around the tools your institution actually uses.

  • Faculty development programs

Teaching with technology, from smart classrooms to the LMS, with follow-up support in the weeks after.

  • AI training for teachers

Using AI to plan lessons, create resources and give feedback, safely and within an agreed policy.

  • Staff training for new systems

Hands-on sessions for office and accounts staff on the ERP, fee module or helpdesk you have just introduced.

  • Cyber safety workshops

Spotting phishing, using strong passwords and protecting student data, with separate sessions for students.

  • Digital transformation workshops

Sessions that help staff understand the change ahead, why it is happening and their part in it.

  • Technology leadership programs

For principals and management: making technology decisions, reading a roadmap and holding vendors to account.

  • Student workshops and clubs

Coding, AI, robotics and drone workshops, and clubs that keep students building through the year.

  • Robotics, AI and coding labs

Robotics, AI, coding and IoT labs equipped and set up with a curriculum, so they are used every week.

From the first workshop to skills that stay.

Five stages, planned around your timetable and exam calendar.

  1. Stage 1: Assess

We find out who uses what today, where people struggle and what they need to do next.

You receiveA skills snapshot by team

  2. Stage 2: Plan

We design the program around your tools, your timetable and the outcomes you want.

You receiveA training plan and schedule

  3. Stage 3: Train

Small, hands-on sessions on your own systems, using real tasks from people’s daily work.

    You receiveWorkshops and practice material

  4. Stage 4: Support

We stay available after each session, with quick guides and follow-up help.

    You receiveGuides and follow-up support

  5. Stage 5: Review

We check what people are doing differently a month later, and adjust the next round.

You receiveA review of what changed

Questions about training.

Who runs the training sessions?

Sessions are designed and led by the Vexalora team, on your campus and on your own systems wherever possible, so people practise on the tools they will use the next morning.

How long is a typical program?

Anything from a single half-day workshop to a program spread across the year. We agree the format with you, so it fits around classes, exams and staff workload.

Can you train teachers to use AI safely?

Yes. We cover what AI tools do well and badly, how to check what they produce, and what student data must never go into them, ideally alongside an AI use policy for your institution.

Do you set up robotics and AI labs as well?

Yes. We help you choose equipment that suits your students’ ages and your budget, set up the space, and provide a curriculum and teacher training so the lab is used every week.

Is training included when you implement a new system?

Yes. Every system we implement comes with training for the staff who will use it, because technology nobody uses changes nothing.

Do you run competitions and hackathons for students?

Yes. Alongside workshops and clubs, we organise robotics championships, hackathons, coding competitions and drone challenges for schools and colleges.
