Infrastructure and security for schools and colleges, built to hold during exam week.
We plan, install and look after the network, Wi-Fi, servers, cameras and security your campus depends on, then keep it running with managed support, tested backups and clear IT policies. One team answers for all of it.
- Covers
- Networks, Wi-Fi, servers and CCTV
- Protects
- Student and staff data, with tested backups
- Looked after
- Through managed IT support and an AMC
Signs your campus IT needs a stronger foundation.
If two or more of these sound familiar, your network and data are less safe than they look.
- The Wi-Fi gives up when a whole class logs in at once, usually during exams.
- Where we’d start: Network design and Wi-Fi
- Nobody has checked whether last month’s backup can actually be restored.
- Where we’d start: Backup and disaster recovery
- Staff share passwords, and nobody knows how exposed your student data is.
- Where we’d start: Cybersecurity assessment
- The CCTV records, but nobody knows which cameras have stopped working.
- Where we’d start: CCTV and access control
- Every system came from a different vendor, on a different contract.
- Where we’d start: Managed IT and AMC
Your campus IT, planned, secured and managed.
Take everything from one accountable team, or start with the part that worries you most.
Network design and Wi-Fi
Wired networks, Wi-Fi and firewalls planned room by room, so a full exam hall stays online.
Servers, storage and cloud
On-campus servers and cloud services sized for your institution, with room to grow.
CCTV and access control
Cameras, gate access and visitor records, monitored so you know when one stops working.
IT labs and hardware
Computer and innovation labs specified, installed and kept running, with every device on an asset register.
Backup and disaster recovery
Automatic backups that are tested regularly, and a plan for getting back to work after a failure.
Cybersecurity assessment
A review of your networks, devices and accounts, with penetration testing where professionally appropriate, and fixes ranked by risk.
IT security policies
Password, acceptable use and BYOD policies written for your institution, with cyber awareness training for staff.
Managed IT and AMC
Day-to-day support, maintenance and vendor management under one annual contract, with response times agreed in writing.
From a site survey to a campus that stays online.
Five stages, with disruptive work scheduled for holidays and weekends, away from exams.
Stage 1: Survey
We walk your campus, test the network and list every device, camera and contract.
You receiveA site survey and asset register
Stage 2: Design
We design the network, security and backups around how your campus is actually used.
You receiveA design and costed plan
Stage 3: Install
We install and configure everything, then test it under real classroom load.
You receiveA tested, documented installation
Stage 4: Secure
We set up backups, policies and access controls, and train staff in safe practice.
You receiveSecurity policies and trained staff
Stage 5: Manage
We monitor, maintain and support the whole setup, and review it with you each term.
You receiveOngoing support and termly reviews
Questions about infrastructure and security.
Can you work with the equipment we already have?
Usually, yes. We start with a survey of your existing network, devices and contracts, keep what is in good shape and recommend replacing only what is failing or unsafe.
Will installation disrupt classes or exams?
We schedule disruptive work for holidays, weekends and after school hours, and keep exam periods free of changes. Every change is tested before it goes live.
What does an AMC cover?
An annual maintenance contract covers preventive maintenance, repairs and support for the equipment we agree on, with response times written into the contract. We also coordinate your other vendors, so you have one number to call.
How do you keep student and staff data safe?
In layers: a secure network, strong access controls, tested backups, clear policies and staff who can spot a phishing message. We start with an assessment, so effort goes where the risk is highest.
Do you do penetration testing?
Yes, where it is professionally appropriate and you have authorised it in writing, as part of a wider security assessment. For most institutions, closing basic gaps such as shared passwords and untested backups comes first.
